Like the old Italian say, in food, the emphasis should be on the quality& its goodness, NOT on the quantity, where here, at il Piccolo Ristoro Cafe, we want you to add that quantity on the flavor by making you say, before you leave: poco e giusto... ma molto buono ! (less is better... but very good !)
